We’re sure you’ll love your order from Eco & I, but if for any reason you don’t, we have a no quibble returns policy for items bought on our website.
- The cost of return is the customer’s responsibility.
- We recommend using a trackable service (and keeping your receipt), as we unfortunately can’t be responsible if your item is lost in the post.
- If you are returning your whole order, we will refund the original delivery cost if applicable. For exchanges or if returning part of your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
- We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website.
What to do:
1. Make sure items are unworn, that the original tags are attached and that you’ve included a completed exchange/returns form in your parcel.
2. Return your unworn items within 14 working days to the address below, using a trackable service. Make sure you keep your proof of postage.
