We’re sure you’ll love your order from Eco & I, but if for any reason you don’t, we have a no quibble returns policy for items bought on our website.

Please note:

  • The cost of return is the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable service (and keeping your receipt), as we unfortunately can’t be responsible if your item is lost in the post.
  • If you are returning your whole order, we will refund the original delivery cost if applicable. For exchanges or if returning part of your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
  • We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website.

What to do:

1. Make sure items are unworn, that the original tags are attached and that you’ve included a completed exchange/returns form in your parcel.

2. Return your unworn items within 14 working days to the address below, using a trackable service. Make sure you keep your proof of postage.

What happens next?

Once we’ve received your item(s) we try to turn around the exchange or refund within 2-4 working days.


We’ll refund you via your original method of payment. It usually takes 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your PayPal balance or on your credit/debit card. We’ll email you to let you know when we’ve refunded you.


Want to exchange something? You have 14 days from when you received your parcel to make an exchange. Simply post it to our returns address, with a note on the invoice of the new item you’d like.

We’ll do the exchange when your item reaches us – don’t worry; you won’t need to pay postage again. Please note that all exchanges are sent via our Standard Delivery service.
